breathe, and check in with yourself-
am I feeling...

sometimes it could be all of them-
sometimes an interesting combination of some of them
knowing this gives us something to work with...
hungry? |
get some nourishing food into your body quickly- think trinity (protein, grain, veg)- especially protein |
angry? |
sort it out in your own mind before lashing out write if you can talk to a friend breathe, and notice what this situation triggers for you |
lonely? |
have you been working too much? isolating? do you need acknowledgement for all of the wonderful and difficult things you've been doing? call a friend that truly knows you- someone that can help you to return to yourself- better yet, make plans to see them in person |
tired? |
plan some downtime- your psyche needs to know when rest is coming schedule a massage just knowing i'm tired helps me to understand my feelings |
