The Nutrition Series:
A series of one hour sessions that include a lecture on a healthy eating topic followed by an interactive discussion. Great for lunchtime or before the workday begins.
All classes include handouts and notes, and you can choose to include a cooking demonstration with generous tastings. There is always time for participants to have their questions answered.

Group Cooking Classes:
We create a kitchen in your conference room, and a fantastic meal to share! With portable stoves, wonderful healthy ingredients, and simple recipes, employees prepare a healthy meal together. Lots of laughter, communication, and teamwork make this a great way to learn about healthy cooking.
