These oils are what I reach for: Here’s the breakdown:

Thieves – Diffuse it daily for immune support, and put a drop on the bottoms of your feet each morning. Put a few drops in some almond milk for a Chai – hot or cold.

Peppermint – so versatile. Put 1-2 drops in a spray bottle with water & shake and spray it on your neck—it’ll cool you off.
