She has been a regular guest on Northeast Public Radio, sharing her expertise on food, cooking, wellness and overall nourishment. She served as the Northeast Regional Nutrition Educator for Whole Foods Market, developed global Healthy Eating Education programs, and is on the faculty of the Omega Institute. Holly has created workshops and educational programs for organizations including Eileen Fisher, American Express and United Parcel Service. Her voice has also reached communities through podcasts, libraries, schools and farmers markets.
Holly’s philosophy of nourishment extends beyond the kitchen. She created Holly’s Garden Skincare, a line of small-batch products made with natural, organic ingredients and therapeutic essential oils. Each product is designed to nourish, protect and rejuvenate the skin, aligning with the same principles she teaches about food and wellness.
For Holly, nourishment is a lifestyle. It is not only about what people eat, it's how they move and care for their bodies and making time for rest and play.
Her approach is simple and deeply personal, rooted in the belief that small, choices made each day, create lasting wellness- and that everyone deserves to be supported in making those choices.
Whether for individuals, families, teams or organizations, Holly creates experiences that meet people where they are.
