Menopause Coaching

When I first met Holly, I was experiencing symptoms that I didn’t realize were connected to menopause — low energy, poor sleep, and a diagnosis of osteopenia. I felt confused and unsure about what was happening in my body. Joining her 8-month workshop was truly transformative.
